About Us

In February 1992, the work of the Lord brgan in the heart of a small town of Mayantoc through the leadership of Rev. (Daddy) Wilner Crisostomo and Rev. Rowena Crisostomo – the Spiritual Director of JCLBI Canada. JCLBI Philippines now has more than 1,000 members and is continuously growing.

The Ministry of the Lord reached across other continents, mainly in North America, specifically Canada. Then, it went across Asian countries, particularly in Hong Kong (established 2011), and Singapore (established 2014).

JCLBI Canada started in 2008 with 3 faithful people – Jhoana, Gemma and Wheng. As a young and starting church, we experienced moving from one place to another. Because of God’s faithfulness, the church continues to grow in numbers, and has now 80 faithful members. The Lord has expanded the tent reaching the Etobicoke area, which started November 2022 and has now 12 faithful disciples.

The name Jesus Christ the Living Bread International has manifested and stretched across the globe, reaching different countries with regular virtual meetings for Sunday service. Despite being from different time zones, there is a growing group of 25 attendees. Currently, JCLBI Canada is led by Rev. Mark Jude Abara and Rev. Rachel Abara. Rev. Vergel de Jesus is the international overseer and leads the Etobicoke group.
